Main Meadow

"Well, when you were licking Shymoon, it reminded me of my parents. I was jealous of the parental love I saw and couldn't handle it. I lost control and lashed out in the meanist way possible. I'm sorry." she mewed. "I do love you...more than anything." she said, nuzzling him passionatly.

Shellsplash watched the couple, beaming happily.

"I am sorry that I wasnt more careful." Stonestep mewed, licking Silverleaf's head.

"No need to apoligize. It is my fault." she mewed.

"Either way, I love you." Stonestep mewed, pressing closer to Silverleaf's body.

Silverleaf purred and rubbed her small body against his.

"If you have any problems, dont hesitate to tell me. I am here for you." Stonestep purred.

Silverleaf nodded. "You too." she replied.

Stonestep purred. He then sat down on his haunches and looked at Silverleaf with a smile across his face.

Silverpaw yawned but she insisted to herself that she stay awake... She had to be there when Aurorapaw got back! My Stupid power! Silverpaw thought begining to cry. I can't do anything to help anyone! Silverpaw walked off towards the forest looking for somewhere to rest. She found a nice canopy of willow trees and let herself break down the moonlight making her fur gleam. Silverpaw then started crying.

After Stonestep went to sleep and woke up the next evening (he didnt sleep that long) he let the cool moon's rays splash down onto his raven black fur.

Blackpaw padded up to Silverpaw and wrapped his tail around her. "What's wrong?" he asked gently.

Silverleaf rolled over in her nest, murmuring something unintelligable

Stonestep heard soft murmuring from the warriors den. He got up from his moonlight spot and padded slowly into the den. He found Silverleaf murmuring and tilted his head to one side confused.

Silverleaf's peaceful features crumbled into horror and sadness. She let out a loud wail and clawed at the air as if she was trying to fight someone.

Stonestep went over to her side quickly and started to lick Silverleaf in calming strokes, hoping it would work.

Silverleaf whimpered but layed still and scooted closer to Stonestep's warmth.

Stonestep gently stepped into Si;verleaf's nest and curled his large body around her.

Silverpaw looked up her icy blue eyes watery. "I can't do ANYTHING at all to help aurorapaw! She is out there somewhere lost and alone... I just feel so so... I don't know just you know useless. My friend is in need and I can't do anything." Silverpaw said setting her head on her paws letting a tear stream down her face.

Blackpaw sighed. "Your power is not useless." he replied, laying down beside her.

"It sure feels like it right now." Silverpaw said opening her eyes.

Stonestep watched Silverleaf sleep, worried.

Silverpaw looked at the flower that matched her eyes.

Silverleaf woke up with a startled yelp.

Silverpaw sighed. " I feel so useless." She said. "I can't help aurorapaw at all!"

"Theres nothing any of ys can do." Blackpaw replied.

"I wish I could have gone!" She said quietly.
